The HungryandFrozen List

Will write an impassioned preamble when I get the energy.

List, so far, of things to achieve by June 30 2012 (list to be finalised by Sunday October 8 2011)

Triple my Twitter followers to around 1800.

Read ten books that I bought from the last two Bookfairs. List here when done. (1: Oranges Are Not The Only Fruit.)

Make a recipe from every single cookbook I own and at least ten of my many Cuisine magazines.

 Learn conversational Te Reo

Keep our room tidy for two weeks.

Keep our room tidy for a month.

Practice the splits every day till I can do oversplits again

Leave for work five minutes earlier for a whole week, then forever.

Set in place some bookings for a trip to New York and New Orleans with Tim.

Write letters to Susan Blackwell and Idina Menzel.

Continue developing video tutorials on YouTube, at least one per month.

Something to do with dancing, but I can't think what. One time in an insomniac daze I scrawled in the dark what in the readable morning light turned out to be the rough outline of a one-woman play based on my dancing non-career, but I'm thinking something a little more...simple. Will ponder.

Work on developing enough recipes - or at least recipe ideas, as I don't have a lot of spare time - to realistically fill a cookbook.

Get a book deal. (Why not? I feel like I'm immensely publishable. All I need is for someone else with a basket full of book deals to feel that too.)

Wash my face every single night, instead of falling asleep with makeup on.

Do a guest round at the music quiz that I go to every week. Sub-goal: for our team to win, just once.

 Try making bacon ice cream

If I end up in Australia, or she in New Zealand, orchestrate a much-needed meetup between myself and Hannah from Wayfaring Chocolate.

Comment away, safe in the knowledge that by doing so you have made my day. Such a simple transaction, but so mutually beneficial. Obvs unsubstantiated abuse does not apply here. Cheers! :)
